The only Russia's Moscow Illusion Theatre (the Theatre, for short) was established in 1989. A founder of the Theatre was Anatoly Lyashenko, the Meritorious Artist and prize winner of international competitions.
It was his dream for many years to create an illusion theatre based on a trick as a medium of artistic sight for a performance but not as an end in itself. Fortunately, the dream came true thanks in large part to assistance of famous artists such as Makhmud Esambayev, Emil Kio, Iosif Kobzon, Tereza Durova, Yuri Nikulin, and others.
Over the last years, the Theatre has justified their confidence winning recognition from the public in Russia and abroad. The Theatre has gone on tours in China, Japan, Czech Republic, France, Poland, Pakistan, Germany, Bulgaria, and Morocco.
Over the years of its existence, the Theatre staged the following shows: From a Little Mouse to a Bear Cub; The Parade of Attractions; Wonders, Wonders of Our House; May I Cheat You; Fire, Water, and Fantasy; The Bells of Love; Juggle and…; Relax with Us; Your Guests are Magicians; The Moscow Animal Show; Spring Fantasy; Let's Do it Together; and others.
The company of the Theatre consists of professional illusionists.
