Statue of Anne Frank (Amsterdam)

263 Prinsengracht Street, Amsterdam.

In 1957, the Museum of Anne Frank was opened in a 18th century house No. 263. In 1999, a new building was built out with a facade facing the Westermarkt Square. A part of an extended collection was moved there. At the same time a small statue of Anne Frank by Mari Andriessen was erected in the south part of the Westermarkt Square, in Prinsengracht Street.
